Sunrise Gull Lake
I had a great weekend with my friend Dana at The Causeway timeshare on Gull Lake. It was an absolute blast. We went spearfishing with guides Bob Johnson and Kyle Kruchens. We saw 6 northerns and 3 giant bass. Crappies, sunnies, and perch were swimming through the hole all day long! It was very entertaining to see such a selection of fish.
On Monday my daughter, fiance and his son, and my grandson arrived to celebrate my grandson’s 5th birthday. We had a great party and very enjoyable stay.
Next weekend I will be heading to Grand Rapids, MN for one last weekend of fishing and spear fishing!!! We are staying at the Sugar Lake Lodge for a weekend of girlfriend bonding with 150 women from my church. I am taking ten women fishing and it should be a blast. I will be sure to post pictures upon my return.
