Hey Everyone! How is life treating you? I have been living and loving life as usual. I had a great weekend and took my first rides of the season. We went riding Friday night and on Saturday did the annual “Defrost your Nuts” run. It was a blast as usual. Then on Sunday we took in a Minnesota Twins game. The Twins lost to Oakland…. but when isn’t it fun to take in a Twins game? The weather was cloudy and 70 with a great breeze. Thanks to Wade who blessed me with tickets. You rock!
This weekend is going to even be better! I am heading to “The Gathering” to meet up with my spearfishing friends and carvers to cheer them on at the final carving competition of the season. The carvers have put in long hours and have created so many works of art. I have had the pleasure of judging the last 3 shows for the National Fish Decoy Assn. I have met some great people and made many new friends. The plans for the weekend are a Friday night Fish Fry, the competition and expo on Saturday and the final awards banquet on Saturday night.
