Hello Everyone!!!
Did you have a great week? I have been having alot of fun. My friend Tad and I are anxiously awaiting the decoy competitions and shows! Rumor has it that NorthernGirl may be bringing a few 9 tine spears to sell. Tad had a bad car crash this last week that totalled his truck. If you recall the monsson we had last week., Tad got caught up in a flood of water and hydroplaned into a concrete bridge. Thank God he is ok. Once he picks up his new Avalanche he will be back on task. I keep hoping he will try his luck at entrying the decoy carving competition. I spoke to a t-shirt company that may be helping produce my designs. I hope to have samples at the Park Rapids show…
So what is on the agenda for the rest of October and November? I am going to Orchestra Hall October 30 to see the Salsa Kings. The show will feature 15 dancers from Cuba. Ooooooh I cant wait.!!! Then on November 19 I will be attending the Park Rapids Decoy show and November 26 will be the Grand Rapids show. I am looking forward to both. Then on Thanksgiving I will spend the day with my mom that rocks the kitchen!!! I cant wait to eat turkey and wild rice stuffing. YUMMO! Then after dinner I will head up to Lake of the Woods for some early ice spearfishing on Rainy River in my secret spot!!!
