Hello Everyone! Here she is!!! I will post all my pictures and the full story soon. I had a blast and she was a fighter! The slot limit was 45-50 inches and she was a full 49 inches. Unfortunately you may only take 1 sturgeon a year. But that doesn’t mean I can’t catch and release as many as I want. I don’t think I will though because they get exhausted from fighting and I would hate it if I tried to release and it just died. I am guessing my fish was 50 years old.
I love fishing Rainy River… It is heaven on earth.. See for yourself !!!! Thanks to Gary and Bob for your sturgeon techniques! You guys are awesome to fish with!
