Woo Hoo!  Spear fishing season may have ended last month… but that doesn’t mean we don’t get to still play with our decoys.  I attended the Alexandria show March 3rd and I purchased many new decoys. I am in process of photographing and writing descriptions of every one that I have collected.  I have collected so many decoys I need to catalog them so I don’t forget where they all came from.

Saturday is the Bob Johnson Invitational Decoy Competition in Brainerd.  Try to join us.  It will be a day of fun and you will love looking at all of the decoys and vendor booths.  www.nfda.tv for more details.

I am looking forward to “The Gathering” at Perham.  The competition will be held April 21 and 22 in Perham, MN.  It is a gigantic show and the final competition of the year.  I can’t wait to see all the carvers and their decoys.  The decorative class showcases the art of decoy carving.  They are truly works of art.  I hope you all can make it!  I promise to post lots of photos,

I hope you all have a great week and keep on living and loving your life!
